Police: Janitor watched women undress from ceiling

A man who police said removed ceiling tiles at the gym where he worked so he could watch women undress was arrested late Tuesday on suspicion of voyeurism.
Francisco Salgado Martinez, 22, was arrested after they said he watched women in the changing room and bathroom in the L.A. Fitness in the 1900 block of South Signal Butte Road on four occasions.
Police said Martinez, who is married, masturbated twice, police said.
During the last incident, police said Martinez took car keys from a woman's bag and got into her car and took a cell phone, which was recovered at his home.
Police said Martinez, who was a janitor at the gym, was arrested after the woman found her locker open and looked up to see a hand retreating into a broken ceiling tile.
Martinez, who told police he is not in the country legally, was also arrested on suspicion of burglary.
